Junior Athlete Power & Speed Development Program

Welcome to our Junior Athlete Power & Speed Development Program, specifically designed for middle school athletes looking to enhance their athletic abilities in a safe and effective manner. Our program focuses on age-appropriate strength and plyometric training, with a special emphasis on sprinting and jumping/landing mechanics.

Led by knowledgeable & experienced coaches, each session incorporates the latest science-based practices to ensure that our young athletes improve their overall performance and reduce the risk of injuries. Our goal is to help middle school athletes develop a solid foundation of strength, power, agility, and speed while mastering essential movement patterns that are crucial for athletic success.

During our 60-minute sessions, athletes will engage in a variety of dynamic drills, plyometric exercises, and technique-focused training to enhance their sprinting speed, jumping ability, and proper landing mechanics. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, we empower our junior athletes to reach their full potential and excel in their respective sports.
