Welcome to our Junior Athlete Power & Speed Development Program, specifically designed for middle school athletes looking to enhance their athletic abilities in a safe and effective manner. Our program focuses on age-appropriate strength and plyometric training, with a special emphasis on sprinting and jumping/landing mechanics.
