"Bryan Woolson and his training programs have been a part of our family for over 10 years. He developed both of our daughters to have successful high school and college lacrosse experiences. My daughters would come back from training and share with me that Bryan also worked with an adult group. One year ago, I was receiving physical therapy on my hamstring at the same location where Bryan does his training. After talking with Bryan, he informed me that he continues to run the adult fitness group called Functional Fitness Fusion. The workouts are tailored to develop your core and overall body strength and body using a variety of body weight, resistance band, and dumbbell movements.
